Workshop Policy
By purchasing Craft & Culture's workshops, you hereby agree to the following below:
GENERAL POLICY
Products shown in image may vary from actual products in the class depending on availability of raw materials
PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is captured in full at the time of registration to secure a spot. It is client’s responsibility to be aware of the date and time of a class. A registration notification will be deployed to the email associated with the client’s user account, however Craft & Culture is not responsible if you do not receive this electronic communication or have entered in your email address incorrectly.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
Please note that refunds and rescheduling for classes are not offered, but rather store credit can be issued for purchaser's use for a future class by Craft & Culture or for products listed on www.craftculturesg.com under the conditions listed below:
- For cancellations within 24 hours of purchase OR at least 7 days from the workshop date, store credit will be issued.
- We regret to inform that last-minute cancellations made (less than 7 days before the workshop date) are not entitled to store credit or refunds.
While we are not able to offer credit, exchanges or refunds for last-minute illnesses, work-related conflicts, personal emergencies or events beyond your control, you are always welcome to send someone in your place--simply email us on the person's name and mobile number. Class spots are fully transferable. If you fail to attend a registered class, an exchange or make-up class will not be offered. If you are purchasing this class or event as a gift, please provide this cancellation policy to the recipient, as the policy will still apply.
Craft & Culture reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment with a minimum of 48 hours prior notice. A full refund will be issued to each registrant. We reserve the right to alter the menu or change the instructor if necessary.
PARTICIPATION POLICY
Light cleaning and washing will be done by participant during and at the end of class as instructed by workshop leader. Participants have to bring their own bags to bring their ferments home. Bags will not be provided.
ALLERGY POLICY
While we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants, please note that Craft & Culture is not allergen free as peanuts and other potential trigger foods are widely available and served throughout Craft & Culture. We request that you inform us, at the time of purchase checkout of any dietary restrictions that may be in conflict with the menu listed in the class description. We will endeavor to accommodate special requests where possible. If an individual chooses to participate in a class with a known allergy, they are agreeing to hold harmless Craft & Culture for any allergy induced reaction that may occur. Anyone with Anaphylaxis must bring personal treatments with them, and while we are here to help in all situations where possible, participants should be prepared to administer it independently if required.
CHILDREN POLICY
We host kids and young adults in Craft & Culture classes that are specifically geared towards ages 12 and up. Kids under the age of 12 must remain accompanied by an adult, as we do not offer drop-off programming. Tweens and young adults are welcome to register for our regular classes.
